On August 27, Minato Ward, Tokyo-based Tohokushinsha Film Corporation will release “Yume no Oshigoto Series ANA” (meaning “Dream Work Series ANA”), a company documentary on DVD providing complete coverage of the work performed by All Nippon Airways (ANA).

The film, produced with ANA’s full cooperation, is the first in a documentary series presenting companies and businesses from various perspectives. The theme of the series is “pursuing the appeal of popular companies and occupations.”

The DVD contains 46 minutes of extra material along with the 67-minute documentary, which focuses on four topics that are also particularly popular at the airline: “Pilots,” “Cabin Attendants,” “Mechanics” and “Ground Staff.” Viewers will see detailed and behind-the-scenes information on each job that ordinary people do not normally get to see. In addition to complete footage of ANA’s appeal―such as the uniform designs worn by cabin attendants over the years, a message from the ANA Group and a documentary video digest―the DVD contains other valuable, up-to-date video such as the Boeing 787’s first test flight (shot at Boeing Company in Seattle) and the world’s first footage inside its cockpit.

The DVD will be priced at 5,000 yen and will be available for pre-orders at ANA-affiliated stores starting July 1.
