Underwear Retailer "Hip Shop" Opens First Airport Branch at Narita

On April 29, underwear store Hip Shop Narita International Airport (managed by Setagaya Ward, Tokyo-based Provision Inc.) opened at Narita International Airport in Narita, Chiba Prefecture.

Provision opened its first airport terminal store as a temporary outlet in the special event area on the south side of the fourth floor hall in the Central Building of Terminal 1.

The company's concept is "enjoying hidden stylishness." The clothing textile maker plans, designs and produces highly fashionable and original underwear, products that make the shopper feel like they are buying something other than undergarments.

In addition to the company's popular brands such as Outdoor Products, Tultex and Penfield, the shop plans to have a vast assortment of men's and ladies' underwear, socks and more to draw all kinds of airport visitors.

Business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Narita Airport branch will be open until October 31.
