Dubai, United Arab Emirates-based Emirates Airlines (IATA code: EK) began offering a service on its website this month providing 360-degree panoramic images inside the cabin of one of its Airbus A380s.

Emirates is celebrating five years of flying the world's largest commercial aircraft by allowing website visitors to check out panoramic wide-angle views of the entire cabin. These include the luxurious private suites in first class, the spacious business class cabin, the cabin lounge where passengers can enjoy drinks and leisurely pass the time, the world's first onboard shower spa, as well as a detailed view of the cockpit rarely seen by passengers. Emirates teamed up with Google to create the panoramic views using the internet company's Google Maps Street View technology.

Emirates is currently the world's largest operator of A380s, with 35 aircraft serving 21 cities around the world on regular commercial flights. It also has another 55 aircraft on order. At Dubai International Airport, Emirates' hub, the carrier operates the world's first dedicated Airbus A380 facility (Concourse A) inside Terminal 3, which exclusively caters to Emirates aircraft.
